We specialize in Real Estate, Automotive, Portrait, and Product photography. Whether you're selling a home, listing a car, celebrating a life milestone, or showcasing a product, we tailor every session to your specific needs.

2. How do I book a session?

Just fill out the contact form on our website with a few details about your project. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours to confirm availability, go over options, and schedule your shoot.

3. How much do your services cost?

Pricing varies based on the type of shoot, the location, and what’s included (e.g., video, drone, editing). We’re happy to provide a quote after a quick conversation to understand your needs.

4. What’s your turnaround time for photos and videos?

Turnaround times vary based on the size and type of services that are requested. For Real Estate and Automotive, photos will be delivered within 24 hours (Rush Delivery may be available). Videos, portrait/event photography, and larger projects may require additional time.

5. Do you offer editing and retouching?

Yes. All delivered images are professionally edited for color, clarity, and composition. Light retouching is included, and we can provide advanced edits or specific requests upon discussion.

6. Where do you work? Do you travel?

We’re based in Coeur d’Alene, ID and serve nearby cities and towns. Travel outside our standard service area is also available—just let us know your location and we’ll work it out.

7. What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand life happens. We just ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.

8. What should I do to prepare for my session?

Once you book, we’ll send you a quick prep guide tailored to your session type—whether it’s making sure your home is ready, your car is detailed, or you’re dressed for portraits.

9. Do you require a deposit?

Some sessions may require a deposit to reserve your time slot, especially for larger or custom projects. We’ll confirm details during booking.

10. How will I receive my photos or videos?

We deliver everything via a secure online gallery or private download link. You’ll be able to view, download, and share your files easily from any device.
